Why Should I Use HIYP?

The simplest answer to this question is: why not?
There is no risk and no cost until we have proved to you it is worth it.

This is how it works…

• We send you a proforma via email which you put the property details onto (including up to 6 photos).
• You fill it in (as many times as you have properties).
• You email it to us.
• We put it on the site.
• When people enquire about your property, we email you their details for you to organise the booking.
• You pay us NOTHING until you have had 5 enquiries. After that, we charge a nominal £5 per month per property (payable by monthly standing order in advance).*
• That is just £60 a year for unlimited enquiries - we do not charge for each lead and have no cap whatsoever.
• You can cancel at any time and there is no exit fee.

As you can see, we are confident in getting you the enquiries you need.
If we fail in generate you enquiries, you pay us nothing. The ultimate risk free proposition.
